We offer extended warranty programs on most of our equipment.
Most manufacturers’ warranties will cover parts from 5-10 years, however most do not cover the labor required to repair or replace those parts.
Extended warranty programs provide the ultimate in Peace of Mind.

- Clean condensing unit
- Inspect condenser fan motor
- Check compressor amp draw
- Test compressor contactor
- Tighten electrical connections
- Inspect capacitors
- Clean indoor evaporator coil
- Flush condensate drain line
- Inspect for refrigerant leaks
- Inspect blower assembly
- Clean or replace air filters
- Test all controls for proper operation
- Calibrate thermostat
